The Freedom Project

A pathway toward truth, responsibility, and a new future.

Not everyone who has caused harm is willing to face it. But some are.
The Freedom Project exists for people ready to take responsibility for the impact of their actions and for those who’ve lived with the consequences.

Born from Real-World Repair

This project was inspired by something deeply personal in my life:

My father took responsibility for what he did. And our relationship transformed.

It didn’t erase the past. But it changed what was possible going forward.
The Freedom Project is for people who feel the weight of what’s happened and want a
different legacy than the one the past would dictate.

Who This Space Is For

Survivors & Loved Ones

If you’ve lived through early sexual harm, or you love someone who has, you know how long the past can echo.

You may be here to:

Your voice matters here.

Individuals Who Have Harmed & Want to Take Responsibility

This is not a space for excuses or justification.

It is for people who:

Taking responsibility isn’t about earning forgiveness. It’s about becoming someone who will never cause that harm again.

What This Is — And What It Is Not

What This Is

What This Is Not

I am not a mandated reporter. This is a confidential coaching space for adults ready to engage in honest, forward-moving work.
If you are in immediate danger or need crisis support, please contact local emergency services or a licensed mental health professional.

Why The Freedom Project Exists

The Freedom Project is inspired by:

While writing Freedom from Shame, I received messages from people who had caused harm and were searching for a way to take responsibility.
They didn’t know where to begin. They feared being defined forever by their worst moment yet also feared becoming someone who never changed.

There was no clear path for them. So I created one.

It is not a shortcut and not a bypass. It is a real path toward integrity.

How This Works

Step 1:

Share (Optional & Anonymous)

You may choose to share your story anonymously or with your name. This may be a first step in telling the truth, naming impact, or breaking your own silence.

Step 2:

Responsibility Inquiry Session

If you have harmed someone and are ready to engage, you may request a confidential Responsibility Inquiry Session.

Together we explore:

Step 3:

Structured Responsibility Pathway

For those committed to change, I offer a structured pathway that includes:

This is demanding work. It asks for honesty, maturity, and consistency.
But it opens the door to a different kind of life.

For Survivors & Allies

If you’re here because you’ve lived through harm, you are invited to:

Your pace is your own. Your voice is your own. Your freedom is your own.

A Movement Toward Freedom

The Freedom Project is about more than individual stories.
It is a movement toward:

Every story, every step toward responsibility, and every choice to reclaim your future
helps create a world where the past doesn’t dictate what comes next.

Choose Your Next Step

While writing Freedom from Shame, I received messages from people who had caused harm and were searching for a way to take responsibility.
They didn’t know where to begin. They feared being defined forever by their worst moment yet also feared becoming someone who never changed.

There was no clear path for them. So I created one.
